Association and Swim Club

The Board of the Lakota Hills Home Owners Association and Swim Club Have heard many humorous rumors since the close of last season.

No we are not closing, nor ever considered that as our operations are doing well.   We had an opportunity to evaluate our events and examined the risks and rewards associated with them.

Changes at the Swim Club

Effective immediately (the 2011 Swim Season) the following changes are in effect.

·        The Local Elementary Schools will No longer be permitted to hold their yearend parties at our facility.

·        The Lakota Hills Homeowners Association and Swim Club will NO Longer provide alcoholic beverages at our social events. (The July 4^th party, Ladies day and Labor Day).

The liabilities to the association simply outweigh the rewards.

Alcoholic Beverage consumption at the Swim Club by individuals:

Individual members may continue to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the swim club provided that:

·        No Glass containers are involved

·        Members drink responsibly and

·        Members are responsible for their guest adherence to the provisions listed above

Failure to follow these requirements will result in progressive administrative action being taken and may result in suspension or termination of membership from the association.

The People elected to the board are:  Jeff Lower, Rick Maurer and Kurt Stickler.
